Sidestream CO2 Module Description:
The Hung-kee EtCO2 capnograph respiratory CO2 Module provides mainstream and sidestream measuring capabilities, enables continuous respiratory monitoring to help reduce risks of opioid-induced respiratory depression of adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. The module uses a lightweight, reusable sensor and non-dispersive infrared technology to measure end-tidal (expired) CO2 in respiratory gases – giving you a highly accurate patient monitoring tool.
MCD-06 sidestream CO2 module is a clinical equipment for continuous monitoring end-tidal CO2. Common Infrared absorption spectroscopy is divided into mainstream and sidestream according to gas sampling mode, and this module is designed for sidestream measurement. The sidestream CO2 module provides patient's physiological state for physician or nurse in time, which plays an important role in clinical anesthesia, CPCR(Cardiac Pulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation), ICU(intensive care unit) and emergency medicine, etc. It can be used under physician monitoring, and it is be applicable for adult, pediatric and neonatal, or veterinary clinic application.
