The HK2HMCP including 3 subsystems of Mobile App, Data Visualization and Patient Management Background. The functions of this system as below:

. “Mobile App” system could collect data of at least 5–physiological-parameter (ECG, SPO2, Respiration, temperature and blood pressure) in a real-time way via physiological parameter monitoring devices which connect to the body.

. Medical nursing staffs in the Remote Medical Center could monitor physiological data of App users and tracing any abnormal data via “Data Visualization” system, this powerful tool could provide real-time feedback to doctors or nurses for any emergency medical treatment or pre-hospital caring guidance.

. Any abnormal physiological data of specific App user will be recorded on a real-time basis in the system, it could be easily tacked by “Patient Management Background” system, which with features of presenting Patients’ List and monitoring data ---- the evidences for abnormal diagnosis.
