2024 to 2025: Introduced new releases of the fully modular 17 inch patient monitor, 3-channel Electrocardiograph and fetal monitor to the market.

2022 to 2023: Introduced new releases of the Intracranial Pressure Monitor, rSO2 or Cerebral Oximetry or NIRS, and Automatic Tourniquet System (A.T.S.) to the market.

2018 to 2021: Developed the second-generation system board, leveraging internet technology to create smarter and more portable medical devices, thus facilitating healthcare professionals in their daily tasks. Obtained 10 practical technology patents and 5 design patents during this period.

2016 to 2017: Collaborated with experts and professors from universities and research institutes to form an R&D team dedicated to the application of cutting-edge medical technology in product development. Achieved significant milestones, including the development of the second-generation parameter board with advanced algorithms, as well as the introduction of EtCO2 main/sidestream modules and anesthesia main/sidestream multi-gas modules.

2011 to 2015: Expanded the product range to include veterinary care equipment and revamped the molds for patient monitors, enhancing the quality and functionality of these products.

2006 to 2010: Established a comprehensive lineup of multi-patient monitors, offering 8-inch, 12.1-inch, and 15-inch models, as well as standard portable patient monitors and module/plug-in patient monitors. In 2008, the Hung-Kee company was founded, and Shenzhen Hung-Kee Medical Technology Co., Ltd was established to oversee manufacturing and marketing activities, leading to the formation of the Hung-Kee group.

2005: Manufactured the first-generation system boards and parameter boards, along with the initial unit of a 12.1-inch multi-parameter patient monitor, marking significant progress in product development.

2003: The company's founders established Hung-Kee (China) Electronic Technology CO., LTD, with a primary focus on researching and developing portable patient monitors.

1. Service Commitments

Hung-Kee provides lifetime service.

2. Warranty Statement

According to the warranty card enclosed in the packing box, the corresponding free warranty period is provided for the main unit from the date of Ex-factory.

Hung-Kee warrants to customer that each Warranted Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the manuals and specifications provided by Hung-Kee. This warranty is made to direct buyer only and does not extend to any subsequent purchaser of the Warranted Product. Generally, warranty service will be conducted by a authorized Hung-Kee service center.

For the products which need to be replaced within the warranty period, Hung-Kee will replace them with products which have the same specifications, and the replacing products have same rights as the original products.

The original warranty period for the repaired or replaced products which are still in warranty period will not be extended.

3. Complaint Procedure

The general process to deal with customer’s feedback is as follows:

I. Receive the feedback from customer.

II. Give reply to customer within 24 hours and ask for the detailed information about the product model, serial number (SN), the detailed malfunction or questions. Meanwhile, try the best to get the name and correspondence of the customer for tracing.

III. Provide the professional solutions to customer. The possible defective spare parts will be returned to manufacturer for test, repair or replace, please refer to Return Procedure.

IV. Close the service case after get positive feedback from customer.

4. Return Procedure

Before any products need to be returned to Hung-Kee, the following procedures should be carried out:

I. Contact with Hung-Kee for “ Return Material Authorization ”. The customer should provide the detailed information, such as Model, Serial No.(SN) , and reason for return.

II. Only after the customer get authorized No. from Hung-Kee, they could deliver the items back to Hung-Kee.

III. The customer should strictly follow the shipping instruction released by Hung-Kee. All items must be packed well before delivery, and authorized No. must be marked clearly on the packages.

IV. When Hung-Kee get the packages, they will call customer to confirm received quantity and status of the items.

5. Warranty Exemptions

When the warranty period is expired,or the following situations, services will be charged at reasonable cost and it should be born by the user.

I. System failure due to operations incompliance to our operation manual.

II. Failure or damage caused by improper and careless moving.

III. Faiure or damage caused by repair ,modification or disassembling at service station not authorized by Hung-Kee.

IV. System failure due to fluctuation of voltage.

V. Failure or damage caused by using unqualified tubes,injectors and etc.

Hung-Kee has built up two separated R&D teams focus on software ( 8 members, led by Mr.Kwok with 30 years software development experience) and hardware ( 5 members, led by Mr.Sheng with 19 years hardware development experience) development.
